Hi there... this is me!

My name is Julieanne Loy, the owner and operator of Loy Admin Services.

I'm a mum from a small country town with two beautiful girls and a tradie husband (he's a panel beater).

Hubby and I have been business owners since 2014, in a panel shop in our local town. In 2022 we decided to scale right back and now I have the opportunity to do what I love... working with other businesses by managing the day-to-day stuff so they can focus on the bigger picture.

Do you work onsite?

All my work is done virtually (from home).
I refer to myself as a Virtual Assistant or VA for short.
Most systems are online and for those systems that are not online, I can simply access them through a remote login software.

How well do you know the Vehicle Repair Industry?

Since 2014, I have worked, managed and co-owned a Panel Shop with my husband (he's a Panel Beater by trade). Since then I have learned the correct terminology for parts and panels of vehicles and the amount of work it takes to repair.

How are your hours tracked?

If we are a good fit and decide to work together, I will be using a project management system to keep track of each task (or claim) to ensure nothing is missed. In my 9 years of experience, claims handling from start to finish can take anywhere from 2-4 hours per claim depending on the insurance company and their call wait times for follow up.

    • What are your rates and hours?

    I have various packages available where a discount applies and an hourly rate for those who would prefer to pay on a regular basis e.g. fortnightly.
    Right now, I don't have set days and times. Some of the work we do together will be during business hours and some will be after hours.

    Would you sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)?

    Loy Admin Services (LSA) have an agreement with all clients that includes a confidentiality clause. If this does not suffice, LSA is happy to sign the Client's NDA. 

    Can you do work for all states?

    Yes. I am able to provide services for all states. There may be times where we will need extra time together but this is a very occasional circumstance.

    Do I have to hire you for full claims handling?
