Most systems are online and for those systems that are not online, I can simply access them through a remote login software.
Since 2014, I have worked, managed and co-owned a Panel Shop with my husband (he's a Panel Beater by trade). Since then I have learned the correct terminology for parts and panels of vehicles and the amount of work it takes to repair.
If we are a good fit and decide to work together, I will be using a project management system to keep track of each task (or claim) to ensure nothing is missed. In my 9 years of experience, claims handling from start to finish can take anywhere from 2-4 hours per claim depending on the insurance company and their call wait times for follow up.

I have various packages available where a discount applies and an hourly rate for those who would prefer to pay on a regular basis e.g. fortnightly.
Right now, I don't have set days and times. Some of the work we do together will be during business hours and some will be after hours.
Loy Admin Services (LSA) have an agreement with all clients that includes a confidentiality clause. If this does not suffice, LSA is happy to sign the Client's NDA.
Yes. I am able to provide services for all states. There may be times where we will need extra time together but this is a very occasional circumstance.
