I'm Julieanne Loy, and I'm excited to have you here to share a bit about me, and my passion.
I'm a small business woman with a mission to help other businesses and entrepreneurs thrive in the digital age.
I have always had a love of technology and systems, and absolutely love watching the progress that follows each project and task.

The Virtual Assistant World and Beyond...
this journey began after a trip to Byron Bay with a friend who introduced me to the online world and the meaning of a VA. Over the next four years, I had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients. From start-ups to established entrepreneurs with a big vision, I helped them to streamline their operations to achieve their goals. Things eventually came to a halt as my husband and I were also running our very own panel shop, Loy's Panel Works. The amount of work involved in running a small BUSY panel shop overtook my time and attention as a VA.
Being a Panel Shop Owner...
was a lot of work and a lot of fun. I've always enjoyed trying something new and the vehicle repair world was a whole new exploration. I went from looking at invoices not knowing what part of the car a "fender" was, to automatically knowing whether one can be repaired or replaced. Because of our remote location, we have worked with many different insurance companies. This made it easier to guide customers on the best process to take that didn't waste their time or ours.
So, Why did I start Loy Admin Services?
Like so many other panel shops and business, staff have been hard to find. And with a lack of staff we were not able to keep up with the demand for our services, so we decided to scale back. Now hubby works solo fitting windscreens as "Loy's Windscreens" and I can get back into what I love!
I am genuinely passionate about the work I do and find immense satisfaction in supporting my clients and watching their businesses flourish.
